Thanks for that information.

I guess I will wait and see if DeBeers foot drags once the permit is received. I assure you that if DeBeers waits until just before the 4 months ends to start mining, my letter to the Competition Bureau to look at their future Diamond Monopoly in Canada will follow shortly after.

I am retired and can only spend so much time in my garden. Getting a little bored, therefore I would welcome a challenge that I can spend some time at. Giving the shaft to DeBeers in Canada may be just up my alley. Like DeBeers and Infoman would say, (just good business).
