Just heard the CEO of SVGI talk (on the Maria Bartoromo Network) about their equipment including microscan-3 that is an .18 stepper. He made a statement that the number of DUV steppers was expected to rise from 100 machines this year (last year?) to 600 machines in 2 to 3 years. Said DUV was the fastest growing segment of the equipment market. Sound like pretty good growth to me..... -Neal
