Now would be a propitious moment for Mr. Platten to put his money where his mouth is and make a substantial purchase of the Company's shares in the open market. Mr. Platten certainly has the means to do so. It would send an unequivocal signal of his confidence in, and support of, the Company and the current shareholders to do so.
