Hi Irene. I agree with you on the NSC agreement being a formality. The old contract ran out in November and I suspect NSC wanted to see a resolution to this lawsuit before committing again. Hopefully we'll hear about a new NSC contract shortly and a formal end to this mess. I'm unclear on Carmel's role in the settlement. While they'll still hold a lot of shares, they're giving up 3M+ shares and taking a lower royalty fee. I don't see what they're getting other than an end to the settlement. What's your take on this?
