I sold this morning my position. I had been a CU/CD shareholder for 2.5 years. Despite what looks like an undervalued stock, I have little faith in management (especially that CD is not one company, but still CU and HFS-and they may not work together), the growth rate and earnings power have dropped (in part to the evaporation of 25% of the company's business and the dilution from the ABI deal).
