I think we are going up in August. The cycle is down to a routine now: 1. Take your money out of tech the last month of the quarter when the warnings are released, 2. Put it back after earnings are announced and are not as bad as feared, 3. Ride a halcyon month of no possible problems during the middle of the quarter, 4. Go back to step 1. My point is that SBSE will be announcing during step 3 which should be good. We should have the averages going up in this month. There is no guarantee that our company will not disappoint, but we have an excellent track record to go on.

I agree that what we see out there cannot be called investing and resembles a Las Vegas crap table. I have given up doing detailed analysis on the companies in my portfolio because the game has totally changed. It's all about beating the whisper numbers on the street with artificial earnings numbers. Oh well, I'm making money so who am I to complain?
