Morgan Stanley, DLJ & SliderOTBlack -- ''call the bottom''....<VBG> It is all ways a good idea to beat the ''crowd'' to the party... .......finally; these guys are discovering : "It's the numbers - stupid !'' .... As very positive earnings #'s roll in, one after another... If oil does stay in a $15-17 trading range and the oilpatch continues to grow revenue & earnings at a pace that exceeds the overall market; -- we may just receive the ultimate ''silver lining'' from the Crude Oil -price proxy cloud; we just might see the permanent decoupling of driller and service stocks from crude pricing. This will happen and you will read analyst comments on this, as soon as we see the media acknowledge a recovery in Asian & Worldwide demand... and when this happens we will see PE expansion and a run-up parralleling last fall. Nice to see DLJ's call on EVI as the #1 ''pick'' in the oil sector after ''doubling down'' on EVI & CDG Monday ... PS; ...do your homework on VTS fellas --- ''freebies'' have a way of disapating quickly... remember EGEO @ $10 recently or CXIPY dropping like a rock from $75 to $51 in less than a month (off of great news) - now $57 7/8th in 2 days...come back and revisit this ''pounding of the table'' of "VTS" ... Damn; ...if I only would have heeded my ''buddies'' opinion...best of luck; LT, BW,Mike S, Michael H & the next Shakesphere - Diamond H... published yet ? (Marvel's hiring...) -- hey, what's the short side on Palladium futures today ? - Dow 4000...yeah right. - seeing any double hammer ninja-samurai carrott tops in that crystal ball today ?
