If the August 20s are the most prevalent option there could be some
"manipulation" at expiration to close both the puts and calls as
worthless which would keep you whole. The only zit on this face is
the August 20th annual general meeting which is a day earlier and
could screw your hedge so consider buying back your calls earlier in
that week or the Friday before when everyone is at the wall of worry
which could have both issues under pressure. Though more conservative
I think you can almost count on making money with that strategy based
upon the intrinsic value erosion alone. Just a thought to chew on.
