suggest you tune into the Ascend User's Forum wherein real people with real hardware/software issues correspond with the factory's tech support people and in which other users offer suggetions - unless of course actual experience is not what you're after. For your info all complex highpowered computers (and that's what the Maxen are) newly released or with software or hardware upgrades, run into some bugs because of the necessity to interface with a huge variety of other mfrs' products. Software releases to deal with the problems are issued periodicaly, in addition to upgrade software that adds features. These issues are raised with gear from Cascade, Bay, Cisco, Shiva, US Robotics - any co. that's in the business of providing complex electronics. Dee Jay
