Bill, would you pay a judgement if you thought that the jury errored in making a decision and you thought that a higher court would overturn the ruling? While you're correct that in today's business world, $1 million isn't that much, but remember FSCX is generating less than $3 million in sales a quarter and still waiting for its "growth spurt". Most of us in the stock are in it because we are waiting for some of the big customers to step up to the plate and double or triple their orders with FSCX. Its a GAMBLE- Not unlike any other small cap play. In small cap land you either win big or lose everything. As for Davison, if he deserves anything, its the right to exercise whatever stock options he was promised. By the way, do you own any FSCX?
