SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Forecrossr Corporation (VSE-FRX.U), a leading legacy migration and year 2000 solution
company, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. under which
Forecross will analyze and renovate for year 2000 compliance approximately 4,000,000 lines of code. This
agreement, which is an expansion of the contract between the two companies undertaken in 1997 for certain

million.

"Quick-Start 2000 just makes economic sense both in terms of cost and time savings," says J. William Anderson,
Chief Information Officer, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.

"We are proud to announce this additional project with Brown Brothers," commented Bernadette C. Castello,

successful completion of the entire project nearly eight months ahead of the original schedule."

This expansion brings the aggregate value of the overall project with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. to
approximately $3,800,000, of which approximately $1,200,000 has been received and the balance is expected to be
received by the end of the Company's current quarter.
