Dear P.,

I spoke to QDRX CFO on the phone and none of his stock was sold and Mr Stotltenberg has NO intentions of selling. This Edgar filing is very misleading. Mr Stoltenberg's stock is available for sale, it appears, but actually is not going to be sold... figure that out. These filings are written by lawyers and are really a lot of perfuntory bullshit.

My close friend and I hold combined shares of over 600K and believe me, we speak to the QDRX management team often.

No worries.
