To All,

I too am in utter disbelief that, if true, Ledoux has made "errors"
on hundreds (maybe thousands) of assays of Naxos FL material. How one
of the top labs in the world can do this is beyond me. Henry, Mark, and Tom...I'm sure you would have most everyone's support on this thread in whatever legal action you were thinking of initiating. I too bought into Naxos based on the reputation and certified results
of Ledoux. I also feel terrible for the many friends and co-workers
that I have given advice to in regards to this stock. I know that
everyone must make their own decisions when it comes to investing or
anything else in life for that matter, but they trusted me and my
ability to provide them with the facts of the situation as I knew (or
was lead to believe) them to be. I may not be down as much money
on this stock as many of you here, but I feel as though my credibility has been damaged and that means more to me than any amount of money ever could. Sorry to ramble, but due to this most recent news release
I think we would all be in agreement that today has been an upsetting
day to say the least.

Thanks,

Jim
