I am very impressed with the throughput and performance spec's of ASML's scanning system. I spoke to several DRAM producers at Semicon and they are all either purchasing or seriously considering purchase of the ASML scanner due to the throughput and performance of this system. Micron is viewed as the most cost effective producer of DRAM's and it is no surprise that they are an ASML user. It seems that ASML has carried forward their advantages that they have with the reduction steppers. Has anyone else heard any similar feedback?
