Mind reading... BGoode, you didn't tell us the "real reasons" behind Ronnings sale of shares. What is it, and what makes you think you know? Go look at the last 10K and find out how much Ronning gets paid in salary. The answer why he sold those shares will become apparent. What reverse split? There is reverse split boilerplate in every IPO filing. Why isn't the stock at $10? Good question. Have you ever heard of getting in on the ground floor? Are you one of those guys who complains that "I wish I had gotten in on the ground floor, stock is too expensive now!!", but when presented with a good opportunity to get in early, complain "Well, if it is worth more, why isn't it up there already?" Me, I like stocks where I wait for the market to come to me. Humble suggestion: Look into bonds. DocStone
