ALL: FABULOUS Y2K article in Harvard Business Review July/Aug Issue

This long article is one of the best things I've EVER read on Y2k. It's written by a terrific Harvard B school prof and, of course, is addressed to senior executives. He has about 8 IT heads of big companies tell the y2k story. Chase, Starbucks, Ernst & Young, etc. Costs $15 but I think it's a must read. Don't miss it even if you have to read it in front of the rack.
