SP, when I see this sort of thing, I think of MM manipulation. Only 4 trades today and there was no news good/bad, so it's obviously not the marketplace at work. Only 11K shares traded, so it can't be the insiders -- not enough to make it worth their while. Only one left is the MM -- probably trying to scare out a few more sellers so he can pick up a few shares at a cheaper price and resell them later on the contract news. If you try to pick up a few more shares at this price, the MM will raise the price immediately.
