JUST ONE QUESTION REGARDING FPA,IS IT NOT TRUE THAT THERE IS NO PROPERTY TO LIQ.I WAS TOLD BY MY INVESTMENT BROKER THAT THIS IS A POOR STOCK,THAT IF THEY GO THE BK ROUTE THAT THINGS COULD GET UGLY BECAUSE 95% OF THEIR PROPERTIES ARE LEASES, IF THERE ARE NO PROPERTIES AND THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MAJOR HMO CONTRACTS WHAT IS LEFT FOR CREDITORS?ALSO HOW CAN WE ASSUME THAT CASH FLOW FIGURES ARE ACCURATE BASED ON PREVIOUS MGMTS MANIPULATION OF FIGURES.HAS THERE BEEN AN ACCURATE ACCOUNTING BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE OLD ACCT FIRMS.
