Wow, a 3 for 1 reverse stock split. This will allow Osicom to float three times as many shares and it doesn't have to ask shareholders for approval. On the bright side, it will allow people to short the stock again as, hopefully, it will be above 5 dollars. I guess Osicom thought that the short interest was getting too small. What really bugs me is that I had just sent a private message to Craig Crawford yesterday wondering why he has been so quiet lately, the word Osicom was posted on the Ciena thread and he didn't even comment! Just my thoughts, Brian
