Dear Doc:

Should we feel comfortable making an assumption that pre-IPO shares in Digital River will bear a 1-for-1 relationship to IPO shares?

What facts or circumstances can we rely on in support of that assumption?

Has the company ruled out a reverse split or any other eventuality that might be inconsistent with that assumption?
