Brian, MRTI, sorry it took so long to get back to you, I did get to call MRTI today regarding the patent, and was told they received news yesterday that it was approved & in place...the IR person Chuck Braun, wasn't in when I called, but he has the patent number for anyone who wants to know phone # 219-397-6261
