To all NEW YORK, July 17 (Reuters) - Lehman Brothers on Friday said it lowered its rating on shares of Excite Inc. <XCIT.O> to neutral from outperform. -- Slowing usage growth cited. -- 1998 EPS estimate lowered to $0.51 a share from $0.71 a share. -- 1999 EPS estimate lowered to $0.60 a share from $0.68 a share. -- Shares were up 1-3/8 at 93.
