Zeev, as usual the information is diluted within several long sec filling. They issued different kind of convertibles some are floorless some become floorless after some time some are not. There has been also a lot of warrants and notes. I've been through this as I was considering buying some shares but unfortunately I don't find my notes back. These convertibles are quite sophisticated and seem to have been successful so far. Mainly because they were for acquisition purpose and ifci was not probably starving when they did it. It seems they managed to find an equilibrium, is it stable, I'm not sure. You may wish to have a look at sec.gov Look for the description of Preferred Stock which is in the middle of this very long document.
