Can you post the convertible share contract when you receive it.
Does this contract have to do with the Series A preferred? Was
the Series A pref. converted at .43 X 70% as stated in the SB-2
and will not be given to the series A holders until the price
reaches $1.03? Thanks for trying to clarify this matter.

Also...since shares are going to be issued next month, I want to find out if they included that, in their EPS estimates. Because if the issuing of shares, dilutes the EPS...I will need to change the thread title, to "P/E under 2".
