Yvonne and JC, I'm not bashing you guys, but you need to have more faith in your investment. Don't sit around and wait for Daryn to feed you information, call the company...1-800-600-8599. That is Prima's #.
I just called and talked to the IR guy and he told me that this stock is a good buy for the following reasons.
1. No debt, Long or short term
2. They do not intend to issue any more shares.
3. They have revenues already this year.
These should not be the only reasons to invest, but it's definitely a plus.
He also told me that they should be blue skyed by no later than the end of next week. Since the stock price was above $1.00 when they filed, they can still get the blue sky status. He said they are going for blue sky in all states. That too should help the stock, causing new LONG TERM investors to enter this stock. If KANA only does $500,000 net profit this year, that is still a .05 EPS. This stock is trading at .30 cents, that is only a P/E of 6.
The company has definitely got some major players on board. Why would people with their backgrounds be involved with a company that isn't going somewhere? I think there is more to KANA than meets the eye. JMO Yvonne and JC, again I didn't mean to sound like I was bashing you, I just think you shouldn't rely on Daryn to answer all your questions. As far as MakaFuss, I think he's mad, because he's lost money in KANA. MAF....BASHING KANA DOESN'T HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I have lost money in KANA too and I bought at .40, but I'm not complaining...yet. If this stock tumbles to the .10 range, then I might start to wonder. I personally don't see it below .20, but then again I can't predict the future. Someone on the KANA thread said that they watch the ticks of KANA every day and that the shares being sold were wholesale shares and the MM's could make a ton of money on this one. I believe he is right, If the MM's can load up at these prices, then they could make a killing. The fundamentals are still here, just not the price. When this stock was at $1.50 everyone thought is was a good price, now that it's .30 everyone thinks this stock isn't worthy of putting money in. What has changed, other than the 504? The IR guy told me that they did the 504 to make acquisitions. That is not a bad deal, as long as they don't sell shares to someone who will just unload them again.
Sorry for such a long post, I just had to get that off my chest...:)
