That may well be true. However the legal environment in this country is such an adverserial system that both sides will be intent on causing as much damage as possible. The process as well as being potentially very expensive could also create a lot of distraction for management. So I personally do not see the correlation between the number of shares and the existence of this suit. In order to realize the profits you allude to the management must remain focused. Any distractions are potentially damaging to the shareholders. I also do not see the potential for other mining operations. They are out of Manhatten having done the deal with Royal Gold. Also after the Bre X fiasco is NVMH really going after this ?
With Gold around $295 an ounce is there sufficient margin to justify the effort ?
