The real difference is CPU+MB+RAM(all the rest are
shared except may be i740 but that is personal
preference)

K6-2-200 + SS7 , 64M PC-100, cheapest I can get :
200 + 120 + 70 = 390
PII 300 + EX/LX, 64M SDRAM(66Mhz) cheapest I can get :
320 + 90 + 61 = 471

So it is 81 dollars cheaper which will be changed by
end of this month(subtract 100 for PII 300).

For what ? The only thing I know is 3D Benchmark and
Quark(?) II.
