Mudcat, Do you know exactly when AGN and/or Farallon is/was selling? Is AGN pushing the price down now when volume is low, so they can sell more at lower prices?

Volume has been light lately and large blocks have been virtually non-existent for some time now. I haven't seen any evidence that AGN is selling at this time. Do you have info that they are?

In Dec, 1995 it was fairly well known that VCs were distributing. It was very easy to see the swaps (large blocks that traded virtually simultaneously at the bid and ask price). I haven't seen such trades lately. Have you?

Although there hasn't been much action lately, are you saying that the will not be any demand over the next 3 quarters? Did AGN do an SEC filing indicating that they owned over 5% of LGND or report any sales prior to their press release this week?
