Jury; RE:" healthy eating "
>I read the theory, that "healthy eating" was not a question of "fat", "calories" and so on but depending on the way we take our meals. I'm sure you know that French people has by far fewer problems with heart-related diseases - and they like butter & eggs. But they "celebrate" the meals...
That's an interesting description, Jury! I remember way back in the late 70's when I was in the banking biz, we had a business lunch with a bunch of Japanese (steel pipe) executives here in Houston. We were chatting away in a meeting when the senior guy stands up, bows and says, "Let's go enjoy a steak !" We were all struck by the way he phrased his words in English, (with the same fascination that I have had ever since with european's choices of English words), and we all resolved that whenever asked, "What would you like...?" we would respond with, "I would enjoy..."
I've been studying indices to stay involved, Jury, but I have not been trading much at all since leaving europe. My judgement is still not very good, and emotionally, I'm still kinda beat-up. This week I made $2K on MTC and promptly stuffed it into NUE Aug 50C with the attitude, "Do you feel lucky, punk ?" ( so you can see why I'm not trading ;-)
I'm really happy that the DUDES have been making money on the old favourites like MSFT, INTC, DELL and LU. As for us, MadameGonzo has been playing in Grandpa's garden, and I've been pulling old treasures out of Grandpa's attic (^_^)
Right now, I think I'll go enjoy a cool Gin&Tonic: T.G.I.F.
