Ray, I'm in the same position as you. Based on all the possitive BS I was getting from Mr. Schumacker I continued to add to my holdings. He also promised financial statements. This was back during the meeting with the golf people. I also agree with your assessment of Mr. Schumacker Once when I contacted IMP I asked to speak with someone in their accounting department and was told they had none. Not even a bookkeeper. Apparently they send their records out to a small firm. This could explain why there are no financials and why they may be in trouble with the SEC. IMP has been one VARY EXPENSIVE EDUCATION for me I only hope I can cover the cost with my other investments. Best of Luck RW
