Yes it would.

Based on what Printrak went for......Value of IDX's live-scan division could and would be determined. I think you would be surprised. It would also send a powerful message about industry consolidation.

Look at the internet business.....Web searchers.....One goes and the talk is about who will be next. Internet storefronts showing 500% revenue gains will be another interesting area. Values skyrocket when one gets bought out.
