Exactly Bard....IMO .62 is still undervalued for POKR...

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Casino Airlink, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: POKR - news), today reported net income of $500,507, or $.08 per share, for the first quarter ended March 31, 1998, representing an increase of 62% over net income of $308,590, or $.03 per share, for the first quarter of 1997. Revenues for the first quarter of 1998 totaled $4,510,123, compared to revenues of $5,443,622 during the same period in 1997.

They made EPS of $.08 for just THE FIRST QUARTER. That's equivalent of $.24 EPS for a year (even without growth calculated)....10 times EPS only puts it at $2.40....but this is the BB and EPS don't seem to have as significant an effect as they do on the bigger boards. But I just don't see how you can lose paying $.32 for POKR...either you go through the merger and receive the equivalent of $.62 per share or you are sitting with a company making EPS of $.24 and trading just over 1 times EPS.

Either way, I do not see how you can lose...no matter how many different ways I crunch the numbers
