Dear Doc:

I am not talking about the market's discounting the value of the DRIV shares held by TSQD.

I am asking whether each pre-IPO share will represent the same quantum of equity as a share issued in the IPO.

For example -- and just as an example -- what if Digital River does undergo a reverse split before the IPO?

Do we have a concrete basis for assuming that something like a 1-for-2 split before the IPO will not reduce the number of shares effectively controlled by TSQD to 2.4 million?
