What would be the purpose of a reverse split at this point? I dont get it. Even if something like that happened it wouldnt really reflect a difference in the core value held by TSQD would it? If they are looking at offering DRIV at, say, $12/shr and TSQD gets 4.8 million shares, then a reverse split would double the number of shares and cut the value of the share price in half. Conversely if it is a split then it would be half the shares at twice the value. What am I missing?
