I do not see Antares doing a takeover. Their interest is in the property not the company. The convertible debenture can be converted into stock or directly into a property interest. Future investments would be structured in the same fashion. Eventually Steppe would be converted into a carried interest of some sort. This is similar to what happened on the Indonesia property.
