Oh, yeah. They need all kinds of new software. Hopefully provided exclusively by FNTN. The biggest cost in the setup however is getting a T-1, T-3 or shared T1,3 installed. As I mentioned earlier, this can cost thousands to install and maintain. Hmmmmmmmm.... what was that about FNTN having its own long distance company??? Clever folks, eh? Long and Strong, RandumOne
