I couldn't find press releases old enough to back this up. Do you
have a copy? My recollection was that FAMH said no stock was issued
to Myriad (ie Myriad principals) since FAMH was essentially buying
Myriad from the IRS. Stock could have been issued to come up with
the dough to pay off the IRS.
