No stock split (at least 2 for 1) is possible right now. At the '97
shareholders meeting, approved shares was increased to 500 million.
Once the CIEN and CCSC mergers are consumated, there will be approx.
300 million TLAB shares. So no room to do a 2:1 split until more
shares are approved by the shareholders.
