Order for 10,000 Units Of Y2K Software
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 1998--(OTC BB:PINC - news) The company is pleased to announce, at it has acquired the worldwide rights (excluding Australia & Asia) to the Millennium Bug Kit.
The Kit will answer the question: ''Can my computer read dates on January 1, 2000?'' If the answer is NO then the Kit will correct your problem. In addition, the Kit will identify and list the software on your computer that is not year 2000 compliant. The site www.millenniumbugkit.com will answer any questions on the product.
In addition, Planet City had a very successful Comdex show, where its Y2K software was very well received. The software was demonstrated to several major Financial Institutions. There are 250,000,000 PC's worldwide; 230,000,000 are not compliant.
More significantly, the company has received an order for 10,000 units of its Millennium Bug Kit.
Negotiations are continuing, with a major Internet provider, to become their on-site Year 2000
solution.
