It is not the case that "a reverse split would double the number of shares and cut the value of the share price in half." A 1-for-2 reverse split -- before the issuance of new shares in the IPO -- would halve the number of shares. (Forget the price. If one thing is clear on this thread, it is that the price is a dependent variable, and the number of shares effectively controlled by TSQD is the ball to keep one's eyes on. Witness the debate over whether 23 percent is a red herring.)

I am not trying to say that a reverse split is in the offing. I am trying to discern some basis for excluding that possibility. Almost everyone on this thread seems certain that -- after the IPO -- TSQD will own 4.8 million shares in DRIV. If that is a valid assumption, then TSQD really is a very interesting investment. But what makes that a valid assumption?
