TO ALL: HOW TO PICK AN ASSAY LAB (AND BRIGHT MANAGEMENT) 101:
1. Disregard shareholders who have followed operations closely. Especially keep Norton from talking to them and knowing what's going on. 2. Use an assay lab that will let you go in and show them your procedures and protocols. 3. Watch them repeatedly change your procedures without informing you, almost always producing lower results. Give them MORE BUSINESS. 4. Watch the pattern of any procedure start with the highest numbers and work progressively lower on subsequent "repetitions" (i.e., changes). Give them MORE BUSINESS. Do NOT use another lab. 5. See the numbers reported in the furnace room repeatedly cut in half at the main office, especially if they are good (much over 0.1). 6. See work stopped altogether on any process giving really high numbers (0.47, for example). Give them MORE BUSINESS. 7. Smooze this lab with your advisory board and board. Hear them say that they can get you 0.1 all day long. Promise them MORE BUSINESS. 8. Announce a HUGE drilling program. Don't worry about getting other labs before leaping. Inundate them with MORE BUSINESS. 9. Stop giving the lab YOUR OWN procedures and protocols. Ask them to develop totally THEIR protocols for you. HONEST! You're bankrupt on brains at this point anyway, so...make this sterling lab your in-house metallurgist, not just your "independent" assayer. 9. Demand that the lab give their protocol to other labs. They can't turn down the knobs on you anymore, so this guarantees that they sandbag you with a bad external protocol. (Which side is management on now, anyway? They probably don't know themselves!) 10.Threaten to sue! That'll ALWAYS get people working for you!
JUST SAY NO TO KEMP/NORTON/LEDOUX! It's OUTRAGEOUS to have spent a HALF YEAR (and probably that much of a million dollars) going down this foolish SINGLE ASSAY FIRM ROUTE. The rest of the slate is good, although not all of them will run, it seems. But VOTE NO FOR KEMP!!! He's taken your stock from $10 to $1 with this stupidity! (Help, Fred!!)
P.S.: DON'T expect more "study" from the lab, even though the press release promises such. That ALWAYS means the matter is buried for good, with Naxos, so it's not reasonable to expect anything further on this matter from this lab. It's YOUR call, to change the management. Fred yes, Kemp no!
