This is for new investors only. I'm done and here is what I found out in a nutshell: TSIG: Float: 30 million Common Stock: 59 million Preferred: 10 million Market Cap (at $.35/Shr) $24 million Revenues 97: $2.3 million Income 97: -$18 million (loss) Income 98 (1st qtr) from services co. -2.5 million Projected 98 loss from services co. ???????? Projected 98 revenues from CC (if website is successful): $3 million Projected 98 profits from CC: $1 million (if successful) Since only 5 months of the year are left this is highly unlikely that they will be able to generate this kind of revenue this year but I will use these liberal numbers. Debt: Carry over from '97: $26 million Loss in 1st qtr: $2.5 million Debt from loan secured with 6.5M shares of stock: $5 million Total debt (min) $33.5 million Cash: <$200,000 Those are the numbers as accurately as I can determine. I won't make any comments on them. Legally, debtors should have first crack at any profits. I won't day trade this stock. This is my last post on this thread. Good luck to you all. djb
