Based on what you've said I'd be willing to guess there was no discussion of Y2K and the effect it would have on the European (and Russian) markets. IMHO all forecasts of future markets are null and void if they haven't included Y2K in their calculations. And since there are so many unknowns about Y2K, the final conclusion has to be all forecasts are null and void. Regards - Emory
