They have changed there market stradegy to Asia, Europe and US. as opposed to Latin American. The flagship product is English Discoveries software that teaches English as a second language. CEO stated growth prospects in Asia and USA look very good. This is supported by the following Jan 96 marketing deal with Korea-- already contributing to bottom line q3 96 Asia sales were 55% of Rev. vs. 1995 q3 in asia 0 zero percent April 96 Marketing deals with TRO learn (they have done strongly with PLATO interactive software) and IBM (doubt you'll see them below book) Sept 96 Recruits marketing staff of edunetics and moves headquarters to Va. Staff has K thru 12 expertice. Oct 96 Marketing deal with Mitac of Tiawan to distribute software quarantees royalties of 1.5 gross, 1.14 net for 2 year period that's about 10+ cents to the bottom line Will be calling Steve Niederman (with permission of CEO)on Wed. to discuss US operations and IBM,TRO specifics My (that's my} Earnings estimate for fiscal 97 .66 Have taken a large position in EDUSF and believe the info stated to be correct but check for yourself. My motives are apparrent gfrank since original post AOL, have recieved intestors package and attempted to contact Steve Niedimier of Edustar USA a subsidiary of Edusoft.
