it, another thing "I don't think too many big buyers substitute Faber for due diligence." True, HOWEVER, in the CC the BIG BOYS left the CC with a lot of unanswered questions. I have personally performed due dili on big deals and if I ran into the deflections and "maybe we can get back to you later answers" I would have a hard time paying attention because of all the red flags and sirens going off in my head. Maybe OIL boys are just unprepared/flustered due to all the hub-bub. Regards, DWW
