OK EVERYONE HOLD THEIR BREATH... turn good and blue over the weekend waiting for the buyout, then get panicky and sell this thing on monday when you get an air ball. if this company were really in play, due diligence would be being conducted. that is what companies like microsoft, yahoo, or aol do when they are thinking of buying something. given that all the supposed value of this co lies in the patents, why would a potential acquirer have contacted NONE of the companies source is currently in litigation with over intellectual property in an attempt to determine whether infringement actually exists? i'm here to tell your that those parties have not been contacted. i asked them. this means your buyout won't come. have a good weekend all.
