Sorry to hear that Marconi. My father always taught me that if somebody swings at you- deck them. I have been caught in unpleasent situations in the past myself and I have learned to ALWAYS watch my back. If I believe somebody is my friend, I will do anything to help them. If they are my enemy, I will do anything I can to bury them. I am in such a battle now myself that requires the help of a major law firm. It has nothing to do with my investments but my adversary is quite large. My point? Don't surrender because if you are right you will win. Hank
