Buster-- Am I concerned about all the shares that out--yes, of course I am. It's far too much for a small company like this, and we all know it. Is a reverse split contemplated? Last I heard, John T. suggested it to the CEO, who rejected it heartily. So far as I know, they have not had a change of heart. The company will succeed in spite of the number of shares out. They have cash now to pay their bills, and perhaps we'll see a stock buyback program in the future. Cheers! Rick
