Just got off the phone with Mark. TX had requested RNTK reword a couple of points in the agreement. RNTK has complied. Likewise, RNTK requested TX reword a couple of points in the agreement. TX is complying but hasn't finished, possibly because one of TX's legals working on the deal just got transfer from NY to Houston. Once TX complies with changes, their last step is to have upper management bless the deal. Also, RNTK is in active discussions with another major who has already shopped SASOY, SLHO and Shell and didn't find what either the deal or the technology they are looking for. Non-disclosure in affect and definitely no deal until next year at the earliest because of budget considerations. This one is GTL, not bottoms. Do your own DD. Call to verify. Steve
