The trouble with SLPW is the credibility & management capabilities of CEO Jim Hirst. The production facility that was supposed to start up last March has yet to start operations because SLPW does not, after all this time, have all the necessary city permits.This not only shows sloppy management planning but reveals that Jim Hirst DOES NOT have the smarts to get around this problem Thus the entire SLPW operation is on hold until the plant opens. There were supposed to be other area distributor sale in the works, again, as of now nothing done. Jim Hirst's inability to get any type of government environmental departments to test, & approve the use SOLTRON during his tenure with SLPW is another glaring FAILURE. Credibility of the SOLTRON product is of paramount importance. If SOLTRON delivers as advertised, than why hasn't Hirst gone to government agencies & convinced them that SOLTRON should be a mandatory additive to all types of gasoline at the pump? SOLRTON would seem to be the answer to many air pollution problems. Other Hirst statements that have yet to occur: the financial statements have not yet been released, even though March was the end of the reporting period. SLPW is still not a reporting company nor does it qualify for a NASDQ small cap listing. It seems that Jim Hirst's management capabilities & credibility are highly questionable & are the reason for the slide in SLPW stock price. However, as I posted before, if the products- SOLTRON & SP34E - are the REAL DEAL, SLPW will be a big WINNER.
